Meanwhile, Helen Mark travels to Macosquin to meet sheep shearing champion Edwin Adam, a pioneer in the use of the electric clipper. Back in 1971, he made history as the first man from Ulster to become British Sheep Shearing Champion.
And Eve Blair also heads out to the Glenarm Estate to hear a farming success story first-hand, where she comes up close with their renowned Shorthorn beef cattle.
