Zara's This Spiritual Life guest is Tide Lines frontman, Robert Robertson. He shares the story of his faith upbringing and playing his mum's ladel, before moving on to the guitar.

Zara’s This Spiritual Life guest this week is Tide Lines frontman and former Skippinish band member, Robert Robertson. Robert reveals his faith upbringing between Lochaber and Stirling, and why trad music is in his bones.

This Father’s Day, she hears a story of hope from Lanarkshire dad Bryan Morrison who lost his daughter - already named Erin – at 37 weeks. Together with his wife Julie they set up a charity offering respite for bereaved couples after a baby loss ordeal, as well as support. Bryan shares his experience.

How might you feel if you leave your country behind to set up a life in another? Writer Colin Grant travelled the country to get the answers to those questions from those who have settled in the UK in his latest book: What We Leave We Carry.

Zara's faith forum panel this week are:

Lawyer and member of the Sikh community in Scotland - Rupa Mooker; Laura Anderson, a Christian and environmental scientist; and Ronnie Convery, Director of Communications for the Archdiocese of Glasgow.

Together they will be discussing some of the week's headlines including the social media ban for under 16s, plus two films out in cinemas this weekend that explore the notion of 'staying relevant' and of course the unadulterated joy the Tartan Army have been bringing to the streets of North America – how can we bottle it?
