Matt Tebbutt dishes up a sumptuous menu from Vivek Singh, Emily English and Paul A Young! Meanwhile, Rick Stein and the Hairy Bikers head out of the studio.

Vivek Singh brings plenty of warming spices to the kitchen with his celebratory mutton biryani. Emily English serves up lamb and feta burgers with garlic and lemon potato wedges and cucumber slaw, ideal for eating alfresco.

With summer in full swing, Shivi Ramoutar heads to Leicestershire to lend a hand with a busy strawberry harvest, before James Knappett prepares his whole roasted cauliflower adorned with pickled chillies, peanuts and mango chutney.

Rosie Birkett celebrates the best of summer produce with her pea and lovage croquettes with an elderflower, broad bean and asparagus salad, and Paul A Young whips up his chocolate cookie and ice cream sandwiches. Finally, Ore Oduba gets either his food heaven, Thai-inspired pork shoulder, or his food hell, offal.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein catches up with Matthew Fort over a rather dubious lunch, and the Hairy Bikers explore the rich history of cucina povera!
