“Snooker injury? My eye!”
Dave is unimpressed by Sean’s tales of injury.
“What’s this nonsense about farmer Wade having a snooker injury?” says Dave in Craigavon. “I’ve been watching snooker from I was in nappies and that's a long time ago. What and where exactly is this so-called injury? Snooker injury my eye. Oh and another thing! You waking up with a black eye! That’s another likely story. By the way, you're playing some great tunes.”
“Thanks, Dave,” Sean says. “It’s true about the black eye. I woke up with it. And I can only say that the snooker injury is very personal for Farmer Wade and his family. He walks with a profound limp.”
With music from John Fogerty, Bill Haley and the Comets, Don Williams, and more.
