Robin Campbell, guitarist, vocalist and founding member of UB40, is tonight's Rewind Selector, choosing the tracks that take him back to the dancefloors of his youth. Formed in Birmingham in 1978, UB40 broke through with Food for Thought and the album Signing Off before going on to global success with over 100 million records sold. They’ve scored three UK No. 1 singles – Red Red Wine, I Got You Babe and (I Can’t Help) Falling in Love with You – and two UK No. 1 albums, including Labour of Love and Promises and Lies. Robin has been at the heart of the band throughout, helping shape their distinctive reggae sound across more than four decades of chart success, global touring, line-up changes and enduring popularity.
