Welcome to the 70th annual Eurovision Song Contest, live from Vienna. Tonight, Sara Cox commentates on the first semi-final as seventeen countries perform for the first time.

Performing in the first semi-final, it's Moldova, Sweden, Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Georgia, Finland, Montenegro, Estonia, Israel, Belgium, Lithuania, San Marino, Poland and Serbia. Plus, from the Big Four who automatically quality for the final, Germany and Italy.
