Along with the composers whose works were loved by EM Forster and Haruki Murakami, Sara also tiptoes along the path of musical beefs and bad vibes with Stravinsky and Clara Schumann. But the quarrel with the longest lasting and most profound effect has to be Beethoven's own, which leads Sara to wonder whether the dedication to the virtuoso violinist Kreutzer should stand at all.
