In this fourth episode, Kerry is joined by guest Charlie Condou (actor) and psychologist and psychotherapist Dr Charlotte Armitage. Charlie discusses how he co-parents his children and how that works in practice. They also look at phone and screen use and hear from a parent on that subject. Charlie also talks openly about his son's difficulties with school avoidance and what you can do as a parent to help teenagers going through that.
