Chopin and Falla from Perth

The plainsong inspired theme continues with perfomances from Voces 8 and the WDR Symphony Orchestra, Cologne and there's more specially recorded chamber music by Chopin from Perth.

The plainsong-inspired theme continues today with specially recorded performances from Voces8 in Germany and from the WDR Symphony Orchestra, Cologne playing music by Respighi. From Scotland, the Perth Chopin Chamber Series brings us a sonata for cello by the great Polish composer, plus colourful evocations of Spain by Isaac Albeniz featuring the Spanish pianist Javier Perianes.
