And as the deadline for the 2026 Make A Difference Awards nominations approaches, Anna talks to two strangers, who became neighbours and are now great friends!
Anju stepped in to help Gillian when she took very ill, despite not knowing her very well.
Anju said she was just being a good neighbour, Gillian agreed and nominated her in the ‘Great Neighbour’ category in the BBC Make A Difference Awards last year. Now the search is on for nominees for this year's awards.
