There’s a new series of "Pilgrimage" starting this Sunday on BBC Two and iPlayer. The celebrity pilgrims include Ashley Banjo, Patsy Kensit, Jayne Middlemiss, and Adam’s guest today, the award-winning star of Cold Feet, Spooks and Luther, Hermione Norris.

Kent actor Shaun Williamson relives his time as Barry in EastEnders when he chats to Adam about Barryoke, an interactive karaoke party where audience members join him on stage to create an unforgettable singalong. It's coming to venues in Tunbridge Wells and Ashford.

And our theatre correspondent John Martin brings us his round up of the shows on tour and coming to our theatres in the next week.
