Do you or a member of your family live with ME? How safe do you feel running as a woman? And have you ever been an extra?

Campaigners are calling for better services for people in Wales who have chronic fatigue syndrome, also known as ME. The condition affects thousands of people here - and can leave them unable to perform many physical or mental activities. The Welsh Government said proposals for an all‑Wales specialist, an expert group and national standards were being actively considered. Get in touch with the show to share your family’s experiences of ME.

We’re also discussing the safety of women and girls whilst running. North Wales Police has deployed officers along popular running routes, in an effort to make women feel safer. Data shows that 68% of women surveyed in the UK have experienced abuse during a run. How safe do you feel whilst out running?
