Dan the Man in the Van with the Plan wants to borrow a parrot. He’s willing to pay.

“Some help please,” says Dan the Man in the Van with the Plan. “I'm looking to hire or borrow a parrot for a week in March.”
“I hope you’re not winding me up,” Sean says.
“I'm in a production of Treasure Island, playing Long John Silver. I can meet and collect the parrot any day the last week in February except Thursday. On the Thursday I'm getting fitted with a wooden leg.”
“And there was me thinking you were serious.”
