Row over Waterside playparks funding

A row has broken out among councillors over the funding of play parks in the Waterside.
The DUP has criticised nationalist parties over a decision not to approve council money for a playpark in Tullyally.
They claim the decision is 'damaging for good relations in the city,' however Sinn Fein and the SDLP says it was based on fairness.
