Also on the programme, the globetrotting pensioners whose airline let them take their battery-powered ride-on suitcases away with them on holiday but wouldn’t let them bring them back. And the holidaymaker not allowed to board a flight to Greece because her passport had less than six months to run. But did the airline get the dates right?
