Clive gets his steps in as he learns to salsa dance with the locals, discovers the secrets that have kept this historic old city standing, and explores the dark history of sugar.

Clive travels 200 miles east of Havana to the historic town of Trinidad – a Unesco world heritage site. Clive meets the octogenarian carpenter whose skills have contributed to keeping this 16th-century city standing, and he learns how to salsa dance with the locals before putting his moves to the test at one of the town’s live music venues. Clive also discovers the dark history of sugar, which was once the main industry here.
