We have a great programme for you this week, celebrating the life and music of world-renowned fiddler Ian Powrie, who would was born in October 1923 and would have celebrated his 100th birthday this year. We share with you two brilliant archive sessions, which were first broadcast on the BBC Home Service in 1965, and we then hear from Ian himself, as we share a repeat of the Reel Blend with Robbie Shepherd, where he and Ian visited the places from Ian's childhood.
