Battleaxe

Ed is introduced to Ping’s granny, Lady Ruddington, who has recently made her maiden speech in the House of Lords highlighting the plight of the mole.

Ping is convinced her granny has great British Battleaxe potential so enlists Ed’s skills to produce Lady R’s memoirs.

Thus, Ed is handed a plastic carrier bag containing granny’s thoughts and observations.

All he needs to do is “pull it all together”.

The continuing comic saga of author of several plays, TV dramas, works of non-fiction, letters to the BBC about the pitiful decline in standards of literature and grammar, and master of the abusive email – Ed Reardon.
