Rylan Clark-Neal welcomes best friends Alison and Tracy. Alison is quite an adventurous cook, while Tracy keeps it more traditional. They are both open to trying new flavours and learning new tricks in the kitchen today. Alison is in the Green Pepper kitchen with Anna Haugh, and Tracy is cooking up a storm in the Red Tomato kitchen with Akis Petretzikis. As usual, the 10-Minute Challenge puts our chefs to the test with random ingredient combinations to navigate - including instant mashed potato.
