Consumers who complained about mis-sold payment protection insurance (PPI) received more than £200 million in compensation over the first six months of the year. That sounds a lot, but when you compare it to the £7.4 billion that the banks have set aside to cover thier PPI mis-selling, you can see that this is just the beginning .
