Youngsters like Scott Glenister spend a very small part of their free time at home and the majority with their peer group. 

However, whilst Scott and his friends are out on the streets, they're not causing trouble, they're partaking in parkour.

Scott describes Parkour as, "a fluid movement from point A to B, which you get to in a straight line going over obstacles."

But aside from helping them navigate their way round all sorts of real world hurdles and barriers, parkour has also brought these friends closer together.
