Help playing audio/video Jali Fily is a Kora player from Southern Senegal. The Kora is a 22 string African harp. He came over with his family to play a month long tour all over the country and while he was here he met his future wife Christine. The couple now live in the West Oxfordshire market town of Witney. Since he settled in the UK Jali has produced a couple of albums and formed a band of hugely talented of musicians which have enabled him to continue to work on his music. He has played all kinds of events as well as prestigious festivals like the Oxford Folk Festival and the inaugural Truck sister festival Wood.
