The Oxford Town Hall came alive on a Sunday afternoon in February as the lion dancing rehearsals began.

It was time to herald in The Year of the Rat and the Oxfordshire Chinese Community & Advice Centre had got their preparations well underway at the Town Hall the week before the big day.

Since 1991 the centre has been bringing the local Chinese community together, and now boasts over 2000 members.

The venue was then transformed on February 10th with a feast of wonderful food, dance and music.
