McAteer murderer jailed

Wendy McAteer was viciously murdered by her fiancé.

She was a teenager who wanted to become a beautician.

In Londonderry her murderer was sent to jail for beating and strangling her.

Our North-west reporter Keiron Tourish was in court when Terence Whiting pleaded guilty to the killing in Limavady in 2007. Whiting smirked in the dock as the judge handed down a fourteen year sentence.
