Taunton pool's £1.5m revamp held up by leak

Divers have been brought in to stop a leak at Taunton's pool which is undergoing a £1.5m revamp.

The pool on Station Road in the town has been closed for the past five months so new boilers, changing rooms and reception areas can be fitted.

The specialist divers were called in as water had not been emptied from the pool and they needed to replace the faulty valves underwater.

Valves are used to control water circulation and temperature.
