Here's a look at what we know - and don't - about the incident.
What we know
- Police were called to reports of a stabbing in London's Covent Garden at about 12:30 BST on Wednesday
- Four men, aged 34, 39, 42, and 52, were taken to hospital for treatment, two have since been discharged
- A 47-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and assault and remains in police custody, the Met says
- The Metropolitan police says it believes the incident be "isolated and mental-health related"
What we don't know
- We've had no official details from the police about what kind of weapon was used in the incident
- We don't yet know the full condition of the two patients that remain in hospital, other than that their injuries are not believed to be "life-changing"
