Tom Holland becomes the latest superhero to read for CBeebies Bedtime Stories
Tom web-swings his way onto the readers’ chair for a classic story, available on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer from Friday 24 July
British actor Tom Holland has become the latest superhero to read a CBeebies Bedtime Story.
Tom, who stars as Spider-Man in his latest web-slinging adventure, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, will read family favourite Superworm by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. The story of a heroic, super-stretchy worm, Superworm himself must be saved by his friends after he falls under the spell of the greedy Wizard Lizard.
Tom joins a cast of superhero (and supervillain) actors who have read for CBeebies Bedtime Stories, including Chris Evans, Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Jason Momoa.
Tom Holland’s CBeebies Bedtime Story will air on CBeebies on Friday 24 July at 6.50pm and will be available on BBC iPlayer.
