Following her sparkling stint in the Strictly ballroom, the BBC can confirm that singer and global icon La Voix will be the United Kingdom’s very first Eurovision ‘spokesqueen’, delivering the results of the UK’s National Jury live from Salford during the Grand Final, airing on BBC iPlayer and BBC One from 8pm on Saturday 16 May 2026.

A huge fan favourite and finalist on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK series 6, La Voix’s glittering career includes appearances on Britain’s Got Talent, a role in Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie alongside Jennifer Saunders and Dame Joanna Lumley, and a fourth‑place finish on Graham Norton’s Queen of the Universe.

In 2025, La Voix became a household name when she sashayed onto the Strictly dancefloor, winning legions of fans with her wit, charm, and undeniable stage presence, which she is now bringing to the biggest music competition on Earth – the Eurovision Song Contest.

And now, La Voix is set to fulfil another childhood dream – stepping into the spotlight as the UK spokesperson, delivering the all‑important National Jury results at the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final.

La Voix says: “I’m absolutely over the moon to be announcing the UK Jury scores at Eurovision 2026. It’s the one night where sequins are en masse, key changes are compulsory, and absolutely anything can happen – so naturally I feel right at home. I’ll do my best to behave… but no promises!”
