Laura has always wondered if the fairies at the bottom of the garden were real. She has spent hours looking for them, but had found nothing. 

Then one winters day, she found what looked to be tiny footprints in the snow, she looked closer and to her amazement three fairies slowly appeared from behind a bush. They were very pretty with long hair and big beautiful wings.

“ Hello Laura, my name is Holly and this is Leona and Chloe” the blond fairy said stepping forward. Leona with the red hair and Chloe with black - both stepped forward and smiled. “We were hoping you could help us?”

“Of Course” said Laura “What can I do?”

“ We have been invited to our very first fairy ball and need something pretty to wear”.

“No problem, I can take you to the shop and you can choose something, fly into my pocket”. Laura opened her pocket and they all flew in.

The three fairies were very excited, as they had never left the bottom of the garden before. When they arrived at the shop they all chose the three most beautiful dresses and Laura went to the checkout and paid.

When they got back to the garden, they all tried on the dresses. They all looked amazing!! 

“Thank you so much for your help Laura, we will always be your friends.” They all flew up and gave Laura three tiny kisses on her cheek. 

“Have fun at your ball” Laura whispered.

“We will” and with that all three fairies disappeared leaving a sprinkle of fairy dust in the air.

Just then Laura’s mum called her in for tea. Laura walked back to the house with a funny feeling in her tummy.

She now knows… there really are fairies at the bottom of the garden.
