We are aware of an issue impacting some TCL models where BBC iPlayer live streams aren't working. Users will see an error message of 4003 when trying to access these streams.

Live streams of our TV channels are unaffected. This issue impacts online-only streams.

Affected devices are the 2017, 2019 and 2020 models listed on the following page: TCL devices certified for BBC iPlayer.

The streams will be available on other supported TVs, on our website and via our mobile app.
