Ed Mitchell was once a well respected very highly paid TV news broadcaster, working for many large news operations on stories all around the world. However alcohol got the better of him, and his addiction lead to his life collapsing around him. He lost his home and his family, and ended up sleeping rough on the seafront in Hove.
