Showing its development and reinvention from a riverside settlement to what the city could look like when the Commonwealth Games are held in 2014. The history and growth of the city is captured using historical maps and records, charting Glasgow's culture and heritage with the key themes of Homecoming. ![]() Glasgow will host the Commonwealth Games This is fun and educational film which is open every day with viewings held each half hour between 1000 and 1600 at Registers of Scotland's customer service centre, 9 George Square, Glasgow.
