Hello again all, thanks for all your comments regarding this week’s Inside Sport, a selection of them are published here.

What a week it was! There was a lot of congratulation and support for Phil Taylor and Joe Calzaghe on the back of our interviews with them but the overwhelming public response has been to our story on a potential ‘GB’ (or ‘UK’) football team for London 2012.

Now that England has announced it is bidding for the 2018 World Cup, here at Football Focus we’re getting a bit ahead of ourselves and planning where we’re going to watch all the games. We’d like your suggestions as to where the best grounds in England are.

There are some ground rules. Fifa apparently like to have a maximum of 12 stadia hosting any particular World Cup. Each venue must hold at least 40,000 fans. And they prefer only one city to have more than one ground.

The countdown clock continues to tick as we get ever closer to this year's Sports Personality of the Year show on 9 December (1900 GMT, BBC One).

One big BBC vote has been causing a bit of stir this week with the controversial exit of our very own Gabby Logan (one of the best dancers in the competition!) from Strictly Come Dancing.

And you can be sure over the next few weeks there'll be acres of newspaper coverage and endless pub debates over who should win the prestigious Sports Personality award for 2007.
