Last night, I was welcomed along along to Hell's Kitchen for the finale! I was taken to the depths of East London to a mystery studio complex where the lavish set of the restaurant has been plonked.
Very funny celebrity spots included Martin from Eastenders, and Cheryl Baker!
Bumped into an old friend of the show too:
Zoe Salmon
This was dinner. Yeah, I know.
Great fun night though and I was kept well watered throughout. Gary Lineker was there too, along with Duncan Bannatyne and apparently Noel from HearSay. Remember them?! All the stars were out.
Feel free to come up with a caption for this photo:
I'll start - "Hi, I'm feeling terribly awkward but trying to not let it affect the photo. Too late".
And I made it onto the tele - what more did you expect from me?! Look closely, I'm in the background looking like I've got flowers growing out of my head.
Well, despite a bit of an illness which I'm recovering from, I really enjoyed doing Scott's show last week.
If you missed any of it, I was trying to become a superhero. I did loads of training, got you to help me come up with a name (Frequency!), got my costume designed and did an heroic act.
Here are all the videos laid out easily so you can watch them all. All this was part of my training:
Cage Fighting - training with some proper hard nuts!
Stilt jumping - trying to run as fast as possible around Portsmouth!
Free-running - jumping over walls, balancing on poles - In Basingstoke
Extreme Driving - going really fast, but also safe at the same time. Well, Batman's never been involved in a hit and run has he?
You can hear the whole thing here...How fun!

I think I'm well on the way to becoming a superhero now...My next challenge was to do a spot of Free-Running which is basically where very skilled and talented people jump betweem buildings, do fancy flips in mid air and be general daredevils.
I went to Basingstoke and trained with the '3-Run' team. I quite enjoyed myself though...

Paul from Maximo Park came in today and they are one of my favourite bands in the whole world. It was a strange interview - I promised myself I wouldn't become a weirdo, but I kind of did. I showed him my collection of his band's vinyls and how I'd met him before at a record shop in Newcastle. He actually remembered me which kind of freaked me out a bit and from that point on it all got a bit weird. Worth a listen again though I'd say. You can do that by clicking here and fast forwarding to 2hr 30mins in.
Maximo Park are playing at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Swindon this year - have a look at the rest of the line up here.
Here I am with Paul from the band - he's holding a copy of their new album which he gave to me as present (so pleased) and I'm holding one the vinyls I got him to sign when I bumped into him about 2 years ago. I can retire happily now.
Not for any beach related stuff though. I went to Portsmouth this morning to use their expansive promenade and meet a lovely bloke called John who taught me how to use 'jump stilts'. These are the things you attach to your legs that make you run faster and jump higher. Two skills that you might need if you want to become a superhero - like I do. Handy. Watch the video...

I thought it would be easier than cage fighting - but it wasn't really. I felt like I was learning to walk again but I got the hang of it in the end. Kind of.
Today on the show, you'll hear what happened today and I'll reveal my superhero name! How fun.
Oh!! Plus, I've got a graphic artist coming in to create my superhero image
AND!!! I've got Paul Smith from Maximo Park on after 6:30 too!
There have been a load of superhero films knocking around at the moment and I've got quite into it all. I was joking with someone in the office a few weeks ago and I said that I thought I would be quite a good superhero. You know, because Clark Kent is a nice kind of guy but when the world needs him, he springs into action and is, well, Superman. It seems like you don't actually need to have any special superpowers though to be a superhero.
So, I've come up with another hair-brained idea which I'm going to try and sort out with the help of a few highly trained individuals this week.
First up, I spoke to the man who arguably started it all - Stan Lee.

The first challenge in my quest to become a superhero was a training session with some cage fighters. I know, ridiculous.
Suffice it to say that they beat me up quite badly. Have a look at the video below!

Welcome along, had a lot of fun this morning doing Good Friday Breakfast...Hope you managed to hear some of it. There's always the listen again function if not eh?
It's been a very busy time since my last break but lots has gone on... Glad my flat is all sorted now too - just in time for me to go away for a week. Typical!
Anyway, I'm off away with my family and Clare in the Lake District - it's my niece's 1st birthday and we're all going to have a week off and do nothing much! All sounds very lame doesn't it! Can't wait to sleep and have nothing to do for a bit though.
Have a look Jo Whiley's amazing Easter egg gallery. She made one look quite a lot like me...
Have a lovely week, and enjoy the mighty Ronnie Herel who will be sorting you all out on my show from Tuesday.
Newsbeat's politics reporter Dave Howard must have thought Christmas had come early when his request to go and interview someone from a channel for 'grown-ups' was accepted.
Great video Dave, but is the boob shot really necessary at the beginning?! (It's all legit, honest)
Tonight on Radio 1, there's a massive 'Most Hip Hop' show with Zane Lowe and Tim Westwood. To celebrate 30 years of Hip Hop, you'll hear from some of the biggest 'names in the game' (as it were) including Eminem, Will Smith, Jay-Z, Kelly Rowland and Busta Rhymes. Have a listen tonight from 7pm.
Here's an old picture of Westwood to whet your appetite:
Hello lovely people. Hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend. I had a great time doing Vernon's show today. Had a very busy week last week, the highlight of it being the Zane Lowe 'versus' rematch. 60 mins, some of mine and Zane's favourite songs of all time, head-to-head, lots of smack talk (from the streets, yeah) and a lot of fun. Have a listen again online here. You'll love it.
Also, a new catchphrase was born when someone text in to Zane's show saying "Zane eats toilet". It's now appearing on backs of lorries. This is a little harsh perhaps, as his choices were great, but mine were a litlle better. Maybe. Thanks to Ryan in Salford for sending this in to me:
Have a look at Zane's new blog here, it's brilliant as it has the "Hottest Record in the World Today" on it everyday.
