The debate around international friendlies is usually about which players don’t make the cut rather than the ones who do. So we asked which players you think deserve to be playing international football right now.

It's Pro Bowl weekend - when the best of the best in American Football's NFL come together and play each other in a one-off All-Star game.

We asked you on Facebook and Twitter which players would make an All Star XI for the Premier League based on performances so far this season.

Football stats site, Squakwa have put together their best XI for us, using to their stats to see how the two compare.

Coleman has scored 5 goals this season. That’s more than any defender in the Premier Legaue.

Mertesacker - Arsenal have picked up 10 clean sheets in the Premier League this season, Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny have been the centre-back pairing in all of these games.

Jagielka has completed 156 long passes (over 35 yards) this season. No player in the Premier League has completed more.

Baines has completed 19 crosses this season. No defender in the Premier League has completed more.

Ramsey has won on average 3.1 tackles per game this season. Only Joel Ward (3.3) and Claudio Yacob (3.2) have won more per game in the Premier League.

Yaya Toure has completed 1368 passes this season, that’s 200 more passes than any other Premier League player has managed.

Aguero has scored 13 goals in the penalty area this season. Luis Suarez is the only player in the Premier League who has scored more (15).

Suarez - since coming back from suspension, Luis Suarez has been directly involved (scored or assisted) with 56% of Liverpool’s goals in the Premier League.

Kompany or Ferdinand? De Gea or Guzan? Van Persie or Suarez?

With the season now over, it's only right to look back at your team of the season. Like the #606EuroXI - Darren Fletcher will be revealing your XI on this Sunday's 606 - the last of the season! He'll also be giving you his top XI.

There's just one rule and it's a pretty obvious one - you can only pick players that have played in the Premier League this season. We're looking for eleven players and a manager and we'll adapt the formation accordingly to the suggestions.

606 Euro XI

Petr Cech or Joe Hart? Lewandowski or Van Persie? Pirlo or Xavi Alonso?

This weekend is the Eurovision Song Contest, so it would be wrong for us not do a Euro XI on tonight's show. And of course we want a manager too! We're going to use your suggestions to create the 606 Euro XI.

Golden rules:

- They must be current players.

- They can be playing football anywhere in the world, but they must be from a European country. E.g. Clarence Seedorf is currently playing for Brazilian club Botafogo, but it Dutch so he would be eligible. David Luiz plays in England, but is Brazilian so he would not be eligible.

#TWXI - Tyne-Wear XI

This Sunday sees the two sides from Tyne & Wear meet in a must-win game for both sides. Both the Magpies and The Black Cats have found themselves at the wrong end of the table this season. Newcastle look the right side of the safety net after their win over Fulham last weekend. But Sunderland are having a serious look over their shoulder at relegation. Their new manager, Paolo Di Canio certainly needs a win and this weekend would be the perfect way to turn their season around.

There will be 22 players on show on Sunday, but if you had to pick an XI from the two clubs who would it be? Mignolet Or Krul? Fletcher or Cisse?

Last night saw another piece of magic from Sergio Aguero for the blue side of Manchester to gain bragging rights over their United rivals. If we asked you to come up with your Greatest Manchester XI in five years, do you think he'd be in it?

#ManchesterXI – Where red and blue come together

With the Manchester derby just around the corner, we’re putting together a combined greatest XI from the red and blue side of Manchester.

The title race may be as good as over, but this is still one of, if not, the biggest fixture in the Premier League calendar.

The rules are simple:

- Suggest any player from any time who has played for United or City. From Charlton to Aguero and Summerbee to Van Persie.

- They must have signed for the club. The XI can’t feature loanees (e.g. you couldn’t include Henrik Larsson as he was on-loan at United).

There are three ways to suggest a player for the XI:

- Facebook – comment on this post on the 606 Facebook page.

- Comment – just leave your suggestion in the comment box below.

The team will be revealed before the derby on Monday. So watch this space.

Last week we asked you on Facebook and Twitter for your XI made up of teams involved in the relegation battle.

We wanted to assemble the best team we could from the six teams involved at the foot of the table; QPR, Reading, Wigan, Aston Villa, Southampton and Sunderland.

Using responses from our Facebook and Twitter pages and using #RelegationXI we formed this team.
