Gas laws and the kinetic model
The behaviour of gases is described in terms of the kinetic theory, which considers the motion of molecules in the gas. The gas law links pressure, volume and temperature.
The carbon cycle
Carbon moves from the atmosphere and back via animals and plants. Nitrogen moves from the atmosphere and back via organisms. Water moves on, above, or below the surface of the Earth.
