Theo's Honey Garlic Chicken

Chef Theo Michaels is showing us how to make his honey garlic chicken - a perfect dish for spring-time, as it's light, sweet and savoury!
Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast mini fillets
1 tbsp paprika
45 ml olive oil
1 cup flour
6 cloves garlic sliced
45 ml honey
150 ml white wine use stock cube
400 g passata
5g fresh parsley chopped for garnish
1 pinch chilli flakes
1 tsp cider vinegar
Method:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika
Dust chicken pieces with flour
Pan fry till golden
Add in chopped garlic and splash more olive oil
Deglaze and reduce with white wine
Add Pasatta or sieved tomatoes
Allow to simmer
Add in the honey
Garnish with parsley and chilli flakes
Serve with mash potato on the side
