Seema Jaswal makes the BBC Lifeline Appeal on behalf of Meningitis Now, which is dedicated to saving lives and rebuilding futures for everyone affected by meningitis.

Their services include bereavement support, a nurse-led helpline, financial assistance, counselling, family events and a specialist programme for young people impacted by meningitis.
